You make an investment in a new website, maybe even a professionally designed logo. Your web designer launches your website. You celebrate and tell your friends.
If you were lucky, you got shown how to use your website. Maybe not.
The dust starts to settle on your shiny new site. And then a little more – until you can’t remember your login or how to post a news article. A customer tells you that your website has malware in it and she’s not placing any more orders.
You notice you’re not getting as many enquiries as 6 months ago, in fact they gradually dry up.
So now you have less business, not more – which is why you had the website built in the first place.
A familiar story?
Having built and managed websites for clients over 15 years a common pattern emerged following the post finish euphoria of a website project launch. The distinct lack of questions:
What do I do to make my site a success?
What’s important for…?
How do I…?
Website owners often launch their site and then just sit back, waiting for traffic and business to come knocking at their virtual front door.
For many years now we’ve been guiding, nurturing and supporting clients having launched their website through our design agency Hunter Davies.
In the summer of 2013 the concept of bringing this nurturing approach to more people began to germinate and NURTUREWP was born. We like to think of it as much more than just ‘Premium WordPress maintenance and support’.
In March 2014 we rolled out our learning and support platform my.nurturewp.com to existing clients and today we open the doors to new clients, in stealth like fashion.
So, welcome to NURTUREWP – let us help you to make the most of your WordPress website…
